The Light Within Me

This piece is about resilience. It now hangs on a collector’s wall, and it speaks directly to my life and the belief that light can overcome evil and injustice. That light has always existed within us, even when we forget it’s there.

I wanted to capture the sacred moment of light being born, just before a brilliant flash destroys the wolves. No matter how terrifying they may seem, the light within you will always be stronger.

This work is a reminder to myself, and hopefully a source of inspiration and support for others going through difficult times — especially those who have spent their lives feeling like they don’t belong.
